Abdelouahab Khelifati

Abdelouahab Khelifati was a visiting researcher at the Centre from September to November 2023 hosted by CIRES CI A/Prof Gianluca Demartini. His research project investigated Time Series Anomaly Detection using Crowdsourcing Techniques. His visit was co-funded by the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Abdelouahab is a PhD candidate at eXascale Infolab in Switzerland. He has worked on various topics including data compression, data augmentation, anomaly detection, and benchmarking databases. His work resulted in peer-reviewed publications and successful cross-functional collaborations. Before starting his PhD, Abdelouahab obtained two Master’s degrees in Computer Science at the Higher National School of Computer Science (ESI) in Algiers (Algeria) and University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse (France), respectively.
