Xianxian Jiang

Xianxian Jiang is currently working as a Senior Research Assistant with CIRES from December 2025 supervised by CIRES Centre Director Prof Shazia Sadiq and CIRES Research Director Professor Marta Indulska. She is a qualitative organisational researcher whose interest revolves around the processes of organised work for and in response to technological innovation. Xianxian utilises organisation theories and philosophy to develop theoretical frameworks for unpacking such complex research phenomena. Her doctoral research at The University of Queensland examines how heterogenous actors coordinate for distributed innovation in the context of innovation ecosystems
